My Story

I'm Andrew, feel free to call me Andy.

I grew up in Washington D.C. and lived there for the better part of 23 years before moving here to Denver Colorado almost 5 years ago. I started my college career in 2011, pursuing a fine arts degree. As it turns out, that wasn't the right path for me, and I found myself working in operations and management within the hospitality Industry. I was very fortunate to gain a great deal of experience, knowledge, and success during my time within that industry. I am now in the final semester of my BS of architecture at CU Denver, and plan to continue on to graduate studies and licensure.

My purpose is to nourish and inspire the people I connect with, the communities I am a part of, and to make the world around me better than when I found it. I believe in being dedicated and enthusiastic, and possess a strong work ethic, integrity, accountability, and adaptability. I strive to lead through inspiration, foster creativity and critical thinking, and above all belive in a positive culture and effective communication.

I like to hang out with my husband, (also named Andrew) and our dogs, explore nature, listen to music, and drink whiskey on weekends.

β€œThe world that we live in is steadily shrinking, more connected, and increasingly volatile. Architectural design lyes at an intersection between art, science, environmentalism, futurism, politics, and media. It is important that we, as students of architecture, think holistically. That we push ourselves to design for a future that respects this intersection of disciplines and responds to and anticipates our continuously changing world.”
